Security Receptionist: Job Requirements
Title: SECURITY RECEPTIONIST (Contract)
Job Description:
· Key to security operations leading the badge coordination (include printing of new badges, change/terminate access level in Lenel system, manage turnstile access system, vehicle record, initiate/maintain inventory report related to badges and access control activities).
· Main support in security screening activities especially when it’s related to Online Health Declaration as part of COVID 19 management.
· Support other administrative activities for Security Department as and when required by Site Security Manager.
· Cover receptionist role such as answering general line telephone calls, coordinate incoming and outgoing parcel/mail.
Diploma holder or relevant field.
* Must be able to work well with colleagues, vendors, and team across multi departments.
* Fresh diploma holders are encouraged to apply
