Job Description
A Subway Service Crew job scope as below:
1. Greets, serves customer and prepare order at service counter.
2. Prepares food, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, and assist in stock take.
3. Cleaning work for restaurant equipment, tables, chair and floor.
4. Complete all other assigned duties or tasks.
5. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position.
Subway Service Crew bertugas untuk:
1. Menyambut pelanggan dan menyediakan pesanan makanan di kaunter servis.
2. Menyiapkan makanan, mengekalkan standard keselamatan makanan dan sanitasi dan mengabil kiraan stok.
3. Membersihkan peralatan restoran, meja, kerusi dan lantai.
4. Dikehendaki selesaikan tugas harian yang diberikan.
5. Perkhidmatan pelanggan yang cemerlang adalah komponen utama jawatan ini.
