Site Engineer: Job Requirements
The site engineer’s responsibilities include managing different parts of construction projects, delegating tasks and guiding site supervisors and construction workers, monitoring work progress, preparing estimates for time and material costs and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available, monitoring and track changes in plans and drawing, attend client meeting and site briefing, assists in QA/QC inspection and reports, observing health and safety standards, and preparing and compiling reports and monitoring sheets.
You should be able to work alongside various professionals and create work schedules that meet deadlines. As a site engineer, you should demonstrate strong analytical and logical thinking skills, great leadership and organizational skills, superb project management skills, superb work ethic, thrive under pressure, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
