Designers at Optimite are involved in every stage of product development- from ideation to design creation, and everything up. Apart from the technical requirements listed below, it is essential that our designers understand the brand and make sure every creative put out there accurately reflects what we represent. - Our designers take initiative both at and outside the workspace to expose themselves to high levels of creative influence.
- This process allows a designer to ideate more effectively and contributes efficiently to the high-octane work environment required to excel at Optimite. It is important that designers are familiar with current and upcoming trends in fashion, design, and social media to ensure the final product is as envisioned.
- If you often get told that you have cool (ridiculous) ideas, you might just be the right candidate for our design team.Responsibilities and Duties
-Badass level designing skills (products, ads, banners, and all kinds of creatives)-High-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
-Intuitive understanding of “why this design would or wouldn’t work”.
-Excellent communication skills for effective ideation.
-Open to critical feedback (everyone has an opinion, and it helps to listen!)
-Regular research on what’s popular, what people want, how we can improve our products, and improve the overall offering to customers.Job Type: Full-time
