Sr. Sales Engineer: Job Requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Essential Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Achieve minimum sales target per month
Develop strategies to maximize services depth revenue opportunities
Provide market research and analysis; prepare research-based reports and sales forecasts for senior management
Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Construction Business
5+ years’ of sales experience in Civil and Electrical Constructions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes;
Familiarity with CAD software
Proficiency in MS Office
Organizational and time-management skills
Salary + Commission
Ability to commute/relocate:
Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
Experience:
Elect. and Bldg. Construction: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
Driving License (Preferred)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Construction Business
- Elect. and Bldg. Construction: 5 years (Preferred)
- 5+ years’ of sales experience in Civil and Electrical Constructions
