Position Title: Store Assistant/Technician
Contract Duration: 3, 6 or 12 months
Salary: Basic RM1,800 + Perfect Attendance RM200 (No MC or EL) + OT
Working Location: Persiaran Karpal Singh 2, 11600 Jelutong, Penang
Working Hours:
- Monday -Saturday: 10:30am – 7:30pm
- Sunday: 10:30am – 6:30pm
- Off day : 2 (rotating basis); 5 working days
- Public Holiday – Closed
- Entitled for OT
- OT will be eligible if work beyond above mentioned working time · 2 day off per week (every Monday
Job Description:
- To assist in the daily operational activities of the retail outlet
- To assume the role of store assistant and technician
- To handle product return and replacement
- Product consultant and explanation
- Product demonstration After sales service and advice
- Sale & promote products
Other Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication with client’s and build good rapport.
- Ability to handle difficult situation encountered with clients.
- Good customer service attributes & serves the clients efficiently.
- Balancing between adhering to company guidelines and client’s demands.
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Minimum SPM with at least 3 years relevant experience or Diploma in any field with at least 3 years relevant experience in shop/retail
- Supervise a customer service team.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Product knowledge.
- Have good command of BM & English; knowledge of Mandarin & other Local dialects will be an added advantage.
- Able to join immediately will be added as an advantage.
