Responsibilities & Requirement
- Making strategic decision and important policy, as well as development and implementation of operational policies procedures.
- Able to solve problem professionally, and making a smooth daily operations.
- To assist Branch Manager for the operation team.
- To assist company achieve sales target and control stock shrinkage within specified limits.
- To coach and train staff to carry out duties according to procedures and conduct procedures and conduct periodic performance appraisals of subordinates staff.
- To ensure correct display of stocks according to the facing chart on shelves, gondola ends, block and promotion displays.
- Responsible of daily sales collection and bank in process.
- Assisting Human Resources department with recruitment or training when necessary.
- Help to promote a company culture that encourage high morale, performance and etiquette.
Requirement:
- EXPERIENCE: 3 years in the same capacity or any management position especially in retails management;
- DIPLOMA in business management, marketing or any relevant field.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Able to plan and work independently.
- Able to command with strong leadership skill.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM1,900.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
