We are seeking passionate Kiosk Supervisors in the Greater Toronto Area to join our village.

Thermea spa village will call three major shopping centres home-away-from-home this winter. Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager the Kiosk Supervisor’s mission is to ensure the smooth operations of Thermëa spa village | Whitby’s temporary kiosks in locations across the GTA for the duration of the holiday season. Their main objective is to plan the needs of each location and supply the necessary resources for the Customer Service Associates

Responsibilities & Essential Duties:

• Train and coach Customer Service Associates
• Plan work schedules
• Assist the Manager in managing inventories, orders, and balancing cashes
• Act as a resource person for service associates (regarding complaints and special requests)
• Manage unexpected events and emergencies
• Follow the established scripts to respond to the needs of our guests
• Identify problems and propose solutions
• Prepare reports
• Manage the entire sales cycle; take care of needs and close sales
• Assist the service associates in their tasks
• Carry out any and all other related tasks

Requirements:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year’s experience managing a team of 10 or more people
• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service
• Experienced in sales

• Potential for travel between locations, with compensated mileage

Contract length: 9 weeks
Part-time hours: 6-40 per week

Salary: $16.17-$48.27 per hour

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evenings
• Morning shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Retail: 1 year (preferred)
