Supervisor Store: Job Requirements
1) Plans and schedules implements daily/weekly work activities in line with units according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
2) Checks for completeness such as authorisation, date and time receiving delivery of finished goods and raw material to customers and ensures delivery is as per schedules time and quantity.
3) Assess direct report for records and liaise with relevant section/unit relating to lost and/or damaged items returned by customers for further action.
4) Ensures all daily delivery of finished goods and raw material, DO, full and part delivery are correct done and meets with timeliness and gives approval for onward action.
5) Monitor storage areas for raw materials for ease of movement and transportation.
6) Ensures the requirements of the ERP system and safety SOP are adhered too.
7) Assesses direct report for performance, development and on the job training.
