Essential Responsibilities
TCM Clinic Assistant (Pandan Jaya)
-You will work as front-line support staff.
-You will provide patient-centric service and be responsible for the smooth of registration of patients, including assisting with appointment bookings, customer service, scheduling, medicine dispensing, basic housekeeping, supply stock-count and management

诊所营业前准备和营业结束的收尾工作,准确完成各类加工件的收发和追踪
顾客初诊信息录入,顾客回访、负责门诊采购事宜,办公用品/药库的管理
