Technical Content Writer: Work Requirements
- Key Responsibilities for Content Writer
- Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy for websites, press releases
and media alerts, social media and more
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and
the documentation requirements
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is
appropriate for its intended audience
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
- Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
- Create and maintain the information architecture
- Develop social media advertising solutions for clients
- Create and analyse marketing reports to monitor client objectives
- Provide guidance and assistance on social media strategy under the direction of
manager/management
- Participate in group brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for the
organisation and its clients
