Tele Caller Cum Customer Support Executive: Work Requirements

• We are looking for a patient and experienced individual to work with us as a Telecaller Cum Sales Support Specialist. (Female Candidate Prefered)Past work experience & responsibilities
  • Presenting brand, services, and products to potential customers.
  • Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  • Provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and record details of complaints.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
  • Refer unresolved customer issues or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Comfortable with working on laptop/desktop, entering data etc
  • Turn potential customers asking for a simple question to sales leads.
  • Engage with existing customers to reveal buying trends or the potential for new business.
  • Provides customer satisfaction, addressing issues directly with potential customers.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of issues.
  • Fluency in Odia, Hindi. (English) is an addition not mandatory.
