Telecommunication Roaming Exec: Job Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
Responsible for review the roaming partners with legal and sign the contract on time (2-3 months) after a new deal is in place.
– Expand Maxis roaming coverage in terms of depth & width to ensure seamless roaming experience across all services (2G, GPRS, 3G, CAMEL, LTE, VoLTE and 5G) – this encompasses end-to-end management – signing agreements, test SIM arrangement, coordinating bilateral network testing between Maxis & the roaming partner, billing verification & launch management
– Channel operational updates from roaming partners to stakeholders within Maxis & externally to our data clearing house and ensure timely implementation is done on the billing/network changes such that there is no impact to inbound & outbound roaming service.
– Maintain Maxis own roaming operational documents and publish updates, alerts and notifications to roaming partners through GSMA as and when network or billing changes occur
– Manage the roaming shared folders, i.e ensure all the roaming agreements, AA.14 documents from roaming partners are available in the shared folders.
– Verify run-rate of invoices received & process invoices on time if no anomalies. Escalate, investigate & resolve any anomalies.

Salary: RM3,000.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
