Temp Recruiter: Job Requirements
Essential Responsibilities

– RM10 – RM15/hour + incentive for successful hiring (uncapped).
– Opportunity to convert to permanent staff.
– Exposure to recruitment process / corporate life before graduate.
– Fun & friendly colleagues.
– Convenient & easily accessible location – reachable by MRT/LRT/KTM/Monorail.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in end to end recruitment process, from posting advertisement, sourcing, resume screening, phone screening up to offer.
- Understanding underlying client’s job requirement and description.
- Develop skills in sourcing for the right fit candidate based on client’s requirement, interviewing and candidate management.
Requirements:
- Candidate with passion in recruitment, fast learner and accountable for task assigned.
- Good communication skill, value-add for mandarin speaker who can assist to liaise with associate candidates.
- Undergraduate students who are on semester break are welcome to apply.
- Contract duration: 2 months
