Virtual Assistant: Job Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
Handling customer inquiries throughout all Shopee live chat and email using both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Responsible for daily e-commerce order processing and fulfilment.
Focused on customer satisfaction, service and happiness. Process returns / exchange.
Provide administrative support, as and when required.
Hours:
Shift 1: 10am – 2pm, Monday to Sunday
Shift 2: 8pm – 12am, Monday to Sunday
7 days a week
Fee:
RM8/hour service fee
Part-time hours: 28 hours/week
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 28 per week
Salary: RM8.00 per hour
Schedule:
