Warehouse Assistant: Job Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
Job Brief
- We are the Wholesaler & Retailer in Balakong Seri Kembangan & Kuala Lumpur.
- We are looking for a responsible experienced Warehouse Assistant to assist in our company’s day-to-day operations.
- Your job will be to provide clerical support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities.
Job Descriptions:
- Assist in measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing, daily activities and subordinates performance.
- Organize, maintain inventory storage area and ensure proper storage inventory at correct location.
- Support organizing and participate in stock takes at regular intervals.
- Loading & Unloading the inventory.
- Ensure all the inventory transaction is accurate to prevent discrepancies.
- Confer and coordinate activities with other department.
- Manage effective and efficient workload distribution among the team and members.
- Maintain high standards of security in the warehouse and ensure a clean and tidy working environment.
- Take responsibility and Assist in ad-hoc duties as assign by immediate superior and the Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Malaysian
- At least 1 or 2 years experience in related industry (warehouse and inventory)
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM (Preferred).
- Have knowledge of basic Microsoft Excel / Word /Powerpoint will be an advantage.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to speak in other dialects such as Mandarin or local dialects is an added advantage.
- Pleasant attitude, focused on details, well organized and excellent time management skills.
- Possess positive attitude, self-motivated and self-discipline.
- Able to work in team and able to start work immediately.
- Able to handle multitask.
