Who can apply?

4. Must be local Malaysian citizen aged 27 years old & above, which has exposure & orientated with the usage of computer application & gadgets.
Again please take note that this position is 100% commission based with NO BASIC SALARY. Successful applicants can expect to earn a 5-figure income after some time. Do not apply unless you have the following qualities:
1. Willing to learn & dedicated to attend training online (3-weeks consecutively via Google Meet, make sure both smartphone & laptop is updated to current version).
2. Have a strong desire to succeed and earn high income.
3. Have initiative and willing to take action.
4. Able to accept challenges & persevere.
5. Able to follow instructions & follow a proven system without deviation.
6. Candidates must have Excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
2. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
3. Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
4. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, attitude & aptitudes.
5. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
6. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
7. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
8. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
9. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
10. Coaching shortlisted candidates for interview preparations.
