Wireman: Job Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities
- Documentation such as preparing Daily Report, Work Request and Work Order other related
checklist and carried out data analysis.
- Supervise all sub-ordinates working under him
- Receive complaint from help desk, originator and attend to it, delegate to respective
technician and ensure job done as soon as possible in accordance to the priority and
specified response time
- Ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) carried out properly and according to the
time frame
- To ensure all necessary precaution on safety aspect been implemented by all subordinates
- Attend breakdown call and restore the system back to operation as soon as possible
- Ensure and plan work program on daily activity and liaise with other shift on work
coordination and continuity
- Inquire spare parts from store ensure availability and advise proper tools equipment’s to be used by technician
- To monitor and report work performance of all subordinates
- Liaise with respective parties and clients.
- Technical matters and coordinate work with subordinates
- To ensure implementation of work quality as per ISO 9001/ISO14001/OHSAS 18001 Integrated Management System standard practices.
- To implement 5 ‘s’ policies in all plant room/workplace
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior or management
representative
