- As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing company’s affiliate marketing programs.What you will do:
- On-board new 10 affiliate partners, test them for fraud & increase cost efficient monetizable users’ growth as well as with the aim of delivering sales volume.
- Enhance the fraud detection, transparency and instrumentality focussed playbooks for affiliate partnerships. Everyone need to achieve by getting 1 lead for first 2 months, from third month everyone need to generate 2 leads per month.
- Regular follow-up about the progress
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new frauds methods, detection methodologies and leverage the same for campaigns
- Work with DSPs (both self-serve as well as managed services) to open up new transparent sources for acquisition
- Hypothesize reasons for changes in user behaviour and validate them using data – RCA for dips and spikes in user acquisitions, retention.
- Recruiting, managing and activating new affiliates and optimizing current affiliate marketing performance.
- Planning, booking, and managing promotional campaigns with potential partners, influencers, and media companies.
- Implementing initiatives that will generate user growth and positive sentiment for the business through social influencer channels and synergistic partnerships.
- Managing affiliate/partner requests and developing profitable marketing channel engagements.
- Vetting potential publishers and their sites to ensure they meet established criteria including brand alignment, content quality, promotional tactics, etc. and make recommendations accordingly.
- Analysing and leveraging data-based insights on performance and competitive landscape to innovate offerings.
- Working cross-functionally to successfully implement new campaigns, materials, and content for Influencer/Partner/Affiliate marketing programs.
- Examining existing programs from a strategic standpoint; contributing new ideas about how to optimize initiatives.
- Optimizing marketing budgets and drive investment strategy within Affiliate and partner/Influencer relationships
- Train up a team of Affiliate Executives to ensure their knowledge is up to date and accurate
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing by agencies and affiliates
- Define your own schedule, resources, strategies path
- Oversee all affiliate campaigns. Deliver affiliate marketing reports to us every week.
- Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for the affiliate scheme.
- Develop the affiliate marketing strategy
