To submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local Government bodies including but not limited to, visit visa, employment or residence visa, trade license, labour permits, export license, economic license, foreign license, etc.
Updating and maintaining the PRO database e.g. scanning of passports, labour contracts, labour cards and visa details;
Organise for passports and/or labour cards to be given to staff if required in PRO’s absence;
Ensuring all relevant documentation and information is forwarded to the PRO
Excellent English and Arabic communication skills
Knowledge of UAE Visa Processing and Employment regulations.
Should be able to translate English documents from English to Arabic
Ad hoc duties as required by both PRO & HR

Salary: AED5,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
