Billing Admin – Ampang: Job Requirements

  • including data entry for corporate clients, intermediaries and member details into core systems.
  • Preparing e-billing, letters and renewal endorsements.
  • Documents preparation and following up to Compliance department for due diligence.
  • Updating daily production tracking.
  • Card sorting & dispatch physical card to external stakeholders.
  • Ad-hoc administration works such as documents scanning and etc.
  • Prepare weekly NB/REN production report.
  • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
  • Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
  • Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices

Requirements

  • Possess Degree in any discipline.
  • eam player, flexible and can work under pressure.
  • Able to work independently and in a team with self-initiative and positive attitude.
  • Must be analytical and problem-solver.
  • Possess initiative, good interpersonal and communication skills.
