The BSA Assistant provides assistance to the BSA Officer as necessary to ensure the organization is in compliance with all Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, and Anti-Money Laundering Act rules and regulations.
Enforces compliance standards through well-communicated guidelines and by the establishment of protocol.
Makes well defined analytical decisions to determine appropriate BSA related decisions (e.g., identification of suspicious activity requiring SAR filing).
Perform other BSA/ Regulatory related duties as assigned by management on a needed basis
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Previous experience or training Preferred .
- Ability to learn and perform complex processes to meet specific procedures, policies and BSA/AML/USA
- Patriot Act regulations that govern the company.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Required
- Computer skills required: Microsoft Office
- Fluent Spanish / English
