Business Development Executive: Work Requirements
We are looking for Business Development Associates to join our team in Noida.
Role Summary:
– Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity; Develop and deploy a global Business Development strategy and execution.
– Manage key customer relationships and help close strategic sales opportunities towards revenue generation
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Define, lead and drive business development
– To drive through direction to the business development in identifying the relevant market segments, creation of lead generation engine, qualification of leads (including client interactions)
– Lead Market Segmentation, Lead Qualification, Client Solution Requirement analysis, solution design in coordination with internal teams
Competency & Behavioural Skills:
Essential:
— Detail-oriented, flexible and able to respond to last minute changes
– Good organizational communication and interpersonal skills
– Commercial acumen and Interpersonal skills
– Excellent in using Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
Candidate Specification:
– Ability to bring form and structure to the ambiguous
