Marketing Strategist: Work Requirements

JOB ROLE –

• Responsible for conducting research, monitoring, creating, and communicating strategic marketing plans to achieve the organizational goals and objectives.
• Lead and optimize marketing initiatives for both company and client campaigns, work with cross-functional teams to set them into action.
• Overseeing and generating innovative ways to market the company and its products.
• Follow the most recent advancements in digital marketing to update the social media team about ad platform changes, new opportunities, and best practices.
• Analyze marketing and sales metrics by assessing and evaluating the engagements and being aware of strategies, schedules and functioning to create a reliable, long-lasting online presence.

ELIGIBILITY –

• A minimum of 6 months experience developing and executing initiatives on social media and digital platforms for social or charitable organizations/campaigns .
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Should have a strong technical knowledge of advertising platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google.
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
