JOB DESCRIPTION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

  • Consistently deliver sales targets every month and develop sales growth strategy focused both on financial gain (increase in revenue) and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct industry research and identify sales leads, prospects, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Lead generation, client meeting, negotiations and achieving the desired targets of acquiring new brands.
  • Understanding marketing needs that solve the pain points of the client.
  • Developing quotes and pitches for clients integrated with influencer and marketing solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships and increasing value of new and existing clients
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Set up sales funnel and processes for maintaining records of leads, sales, revenue, invoices, agreements, sales contracts and guidelines, etc.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Develop regular inbound marketing strategy for company’s digital and social media positioning. (Function: Email Marketing, Pitch Strategy, Social Media Strategy, Social Media Ads. Events)
  • Ideate and develop campaign strategy for brands.
  • Consistently administer company’s SEO, PR publishing and positioning in the industry.
  • Ideate on-ground events to leverage expansion, awareness and growth.
  • Ideate digital events with collaborators to increase awareness.
