– Responsible for facilitating or providing assistance to all guest queries/requests.
– To ensure the delivery of consistent and excellent customer service to all guests.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

– Applicants with experience in the F&B industry will have an added advantage
– Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Hindi and Nepali
– Team player who is highly independent self-motivated results-oriented and innovative
– Able to work on shifts, weekends and during Public Holidays
