THE ROLE
Job Description: As part of our global expansion we are looking to hire a qualified Clinical Psychologist specializing in Behaviorial Therapy, based in the USA , and who is passionate to work with a team to deliver and integrate a program through advanced psychology. This program should take the human factor into account, approaching diet and fitness from a more holistic standpoint, one that embraces positivity and addresses psychological. To help create a program on our app which helps nudge along long-term behavior changes to break old habits, make proactive decisions, and detect and manage stress triggers to help stop problems at their source when it comes to long term lifestyle changes.
Responsibilities:
· Work with the product team to integrate behavioral change strategies for chronic disease lifestyle management
· Directly report to chief medical offer and medical director of latest product offering
· Instil core psychological therapeutic principles into easily digestible pieces of information for user
· Contribute to the development of coach training programs
· Stay up to date with the latest research around behavior change
· Maintain a database of the latest in science related to behavior change
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications and Competencies:
· Ph.D. or PsyD in Clinical Psychology
· Familiar with DBT principles (dialectical behavioral therapy), ACT(acceptance and commitment therapy) , and CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy)
· At least 3 years of experience in mental health setting
· Excellent research and analytical capabilities
· Ability to adapt in a flexible and changing startup work environment
· Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
· Highly motivated and interested in the topic
Pay: $54.00 – $250.00 per hour
Benefits: Flexible schedule

Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)
