Commis: Job Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
Job Description: –
- Carry out day to day Kitchen duties and tasks as directed by the Executive chef.
- Prepare and cook food items based on the recipe and portion to avoid food wastage.
- Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and
presentation standards.
- Prepare the daily and production in kitchen.
- Responsible for proper storage of food in kitchen area.
- Maintains proper personal appearance, hygiene and sanitation.
- Arrives on time to begin as scheduled per duty roster.
Job Requirement: –
- Candidate must have certification in Culinary/ Diploma or Culinary Skills or relevant field.
- Minimum 1- 2 years experience.
- Willing to work Shift/Weekend/Public Holiday.
- Required language: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Must be punctual, maintain a good attendance record and able to work under own initiative without supervision.
