Position Title: Customer Service Assistant
Contract Duration: 1 year (May convert to permanent based on performance and vacancy)
Salary: Basic RM1,600 and above depending on experience + OT Entitlement + Attendance Bonus
Working Location: Bukit Tengah, 13600 Perai, Pulau Pinang
Working Hours: According to shift; 10:30 am – 7:30 pm / 12:30 pm – 9:30 pm
Job Description:
- To assist in the daily operational activities of the retail outlet
- To assume the role of sales assistant and cashier
- To handle normal, installment & voucher purchase
- Product consultant and explanation
- Product demonstration
- After sales service and advice
- Sale & promote products
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM with at least 3 years relevant experience or Diploma in any field with at least 3 years relevant experience in shop/retail
- Supervise a customer service team.
- Possess Product knowledge.
- Have good command of BM & English; knowledge of Mandarin & other Local dialects will be an added advantage.
- Friendly, positive thinking and a fast learner.
- Patient when handling difficult customers.
- Candidates that possess certification in Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Word or Excel will be added as an advantage.
- Able to commence immediately.
