Data Engineering: Job Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
The Senior Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the data architecture for the Google Cloud Platform. This includes developing data pipelines, ETL processes, data warehouses, and data lakes. The Senior Data Engineer will also be responsible for ensuring the data is accessible and can be used by the various teams within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Build an entire data warehouse from the ground up.
- Design, build, and maintain the data architecture for the Google Cloud Platform.
- Develop data pipelines, ETL processes, data warehouses, and data lakes.
- Ensure the data is accessible and can be used by the various teams within the company.
Requirements:
- Experience with Google Cloud (Pub/Sub, Dataflow, BigQuery)
- Strong knowledge of SQL & Python.
- Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, etc.)
