Digital And Social Media Intern: Job Requirements
Online Digital Sales Management for Shopee and Lazada
– checking competitors pricing, posting items, participate in campaigns, replying to chats, supervising store performance.
Social Media planning and management (Instagram, WhatsApp and WeChat , Tik Tok , Youtube ).
- Create content and posts to attract customers.
- Monitor the content of social media to maximize audience traffic.
- Grow traffic on platforms
- Customer service to answers any queries via online.
- To develop new customer database via creative sales activities.
- Understanding the full product range, serve as a product specialist.
- Assist in brand planning, integrated marketing, event management, website management and social media marketing.
- Reliable, well-organized, and capable to work independently and efficiently under stressful conditions and willing to travel for work.
- Assist in any in-house production (photoshoot / video shoot) for Social Media content
- Creating monthly Social Media planning to boost the online sales.
