Event Coordinator: Job Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducting sales activities which include servicing existing clients and source new clients.
- Planning and executing marketing promotions and campaigns.
- Support and manage projects / events management through careful execution of advertising and promotional activities such as exhibition, road shows, product launches, events, sponsorship and etc.
- Being part of the operation team to manage the day-to-day activities during the build-up, show days and tear-down days of the exhibitions. You will be requiring working the occasional weekend.
- Such other duties within the Employees area of experience and training as may be required by the directors.
Candidate studying in Marketing, Business Studies, Events, Management or equivalent.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
- Ability to work well independently as well as within a team environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Have your own transportation.
- Good time management skill, able to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- An ideal candidate would be a dedicated and hardworking, interested in event management, event planning.
