Position Title: Receptionist

Contract Duration: 12 months (Renewable)

Working Location: Jalan Lagoon Selatan, Sunway South Quay, Bandar Sunway 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor

Working Hours: 8.30 am – 5.30 pm

Job Description:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person, meeting, and office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Receiving and distributing the office items delivery by the vendor
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Handling Outgoing courier/parcel & arrange for pick up
  • Coordinate the Community Hall event setup and the meeting rooms arrangement
  • Arrange the transportation for guests and accommodations if needed
  • Keep updated records of office pantry items and Toilet items
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • At least 2 year of working experience in similar role will be added as an advantage.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Possess multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Customer service attitude.
  • Candidates that can join immediately will be added as an advantage.
