Job Description
Requirements
– Full time, Self-drive
– Welcome fresh graduate applicant
– Basic computer skills, MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
– Required language(s): English, Man-darin, Bahasa Malaysia.
– Self-motivated, initiative, willing to learn and able to work independently.
– those with related experience and driving license will be considered first
-those with SPM with related experience are welcome to apply.
– those with related experience or relevant qualification (Diploma/ Degree in Hotel Management) will be considered first
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibility
– Response to customers’ queries promptly and communicate with guest professionally and in Feel Home’s passionate and helpful manner.
– Assist in administrative work and office procedures to support day-to-day administrative function.
– Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, recording and maintain proper documentation.
– Monitor and resolve homestay cleanliness and maintenance issue
– Meet guest for check in /out and any emergency issue (when necessary)
Working hour
– 1pm – 10pm
-Flexible working mode – Come to office from 1pm-7pm and work from home from 7pm-10pm (Replying message, assist guest who have some check in issue)
-Work 5.5 Days a week
-Special shift allowance
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,300.00 – RM4,000.00 per month
