Junior Legal Clerk: Job Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
Job Description

As our junior legal clerk, you will be working with our conveyancing team to provide strong support to the firm to serve our clients’ legal needs. We have built a work culture based on the foundation of mutual respect among all members of our firm.
Responsibility:
- Handle sale and purchase agreements (including developer projects and sub-sale);
- Handle all loan documentation for end-financing;
- Handle all other conveyancing matters such as tenancy agreements, perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge/receipt and reassignment, and etc.
- Liaise with clients, banks and relevant authorities in government departments;
- Monitor the progress of clients’ files, to maintain and update file status on our operation system;
- To administer files and maintain correspondences and documents in proper filing system; and
- To assist in general administrative and clerical job assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/’O’ Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/’A’ Level, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field;
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin dialect is an advantage.
- Candidates must possess a good attitude, self motivated, responsible, willing to learn, able to work as a team and independently with minimal supervision,
- Adopt the value of Accountability, Excellence and Innovative.
- Candidates with or without experience are encouraged to apply, comprehensive training will be provided.
