– Serve, communicate, dealing and closing with customer via Whatsapp
– Establish, develop and maintain positive relationship with customer
– Expedite the resolution of customer problem and complaints
– Achieve agreed upon sales target and outcome
– Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
– Maintain contact list and follow up with customer
– Keep tracking, manage and submitting sales report to the leader
Skills
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
– Highly persuasive and encouraging
– Self-motivate, passionate and hungry for sales
– Willing to learn new sales skills and product knowledge
Qualification & Requirement
-Experience:
Min. 6 months of working experience in sales or in any related fields
– Qualification:
Possess at least SPM/STPM/’A’ Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
– Language Proficiency:
Bahasa Malaysia & English
(able to communicate and writing in respective language)
– Computing/Mobile Proficiency:
Basic computer skills (Excel & Word)
Basic mobile apps skills (Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook)
Expected Start Date: Immediately
