Marketing and Design Specialist : Job Responsibilities and Work Requirements
- Working collaboratively with the team to develop content and implement and execute our overall marketing strategies
- Developing a strong understanding of Patching Associates’ brand, services, and industry
- Maintaining Patching Associates’ brand identity across all marketing channels and external sites
- Developing engaging creative including writing, designing, and managing execution to increase brand awareness and stakeholder engagement
- Managing all social media channels, Google Advertising accounts, SEO programs, and website updates
- Building a content calendar and managing content schedules for all marketing channels
- Develop content and graphic elements for all Social Media posts and Instagram stories
- Updating corporate websites with relevant content including uploading blog posts
- Managing posting, monitoring, and engagement with customers across all social media channels
- Monitoring social media, website, and SEO performance and providing regular analysis, reports, and recommendations to optimize campaign performance, improve engagement and facilitate audience growth
Minimum Educational Qualifications Requirements : Marketing and Design Specialist
- 3+ years experience in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or similar
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of current graphic design programs is required (Canva, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Excellent understanding and use of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and content tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, etc.)
- Knowledge of WordPress and Prismic is considered an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Previous experience in social media management and content creation
- Previous experience in B2B marketing and /or experience in Acoustics is considered an asset
