Motion Graphic Designer: Work Requirements
- Candidates from Andhra pradesh and Telangana only**MAGSMEN is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team to edit and create beautiful assets for our products.
- You will work closely with our Creative team to develop new concepts as well as work within existing templates. Working hours for this role are incredibly flexible and will be based off of your own schedule in combination with business requirements. This will be an on-site job role.
- We are based in Guntur, Andhra pradesh. At Magsmen, We manage some of the biggest brands in south India, plan their marketing campaigns, product launch campaigns and turn businesses into brands.What you bring to the table:
- One to two years experience in the relevant field
- Strong understanding of design principles including typography, colour, composition, layout, branding, etc.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience creating motion graphics/animation using Adobe After Effects and Premier Pro, and experience with videography considered a strong asset
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast paced, dynamic working environment to meet tight deadlines with emerging tasks.
To be considered, a design portfolio will be required. A skills test may be performed as well.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating graphics and new design layouts
- Strong understanding of typography and a knack for beautifully executing concepts
- Perform other design related tasks as needed
- Conceptualize, create, and edit purposeful, on-brand, creative content for Magsmen clients social media, email newsletters, advertising platforms, and other mediums.
- Craft stunning digital graphics and designs that fit into the overarching art direction of the company / campaign.
- Utilize industry best practices to construct functional user interface designs.
- Being able to take art direction and translate it cohesively across all digital assets.

- Experience creating visual assets for digital media
- Impeccable attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong graphic design and layout skills
- Strong proficiency and experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and/or Adobe Rush
- Experience with video editing and photo editing
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with motion graphic design and/or 2D animation experience an asset
- A self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
- Experience working with creative briefs and understanding project demands
- Comfortable taking art direction and incorporating feedback into deliverables
- Ability to be flexible and work on a variety of different projects
