Key Accountabilities:
- Drawing Study of Wiring harness drawings.
- BOM Creation.
- Rich experience in new product development & new line setup, customer handling, Customer complaints analysis and solving.
- Analysis of customer’s end failure in New Product & take corrective action to find the root cause with the help of why- why analysis, fish bone diagram & Quality tools.
- ECN implementation on line as per customer drawings.
- Sample preparation of New Parts.
- QMS
- Report making
- New Product Development (NPD)
- Worked under customer & led a successful team to achieve great result w.r.t the customer satisfaction.
- Submitted all the NPD documents such as PPAP on time during sampling, trials & mass production.
- Knowledge about FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC,& IFC(Initial Flow Control).
- Implementation of ECN (Engineering change note) during new project trial.
- Making inspection reports as per customer specification..
- Making Inspection standard & work sequence during SOP trail.
- Layout audit of new products as per customer’s specifications.
- Drawings reading, buzzer checking, harness inspection etc.
