Online Marketing Admin: Job Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
- To handle customer service in social media such as Facebook and IG and also need deal with customer through whatsapp & messenger.
- Responsible for customer online inquiry, handling customer order & manage stock inventory.
- Provide speedy service to customers by assisting them before and after sales.
- Customer care handling eg. Return/ Refund/ Complaint/ Shipment tracking/ Customer feedback.
- Any other ad hoc assignments as directed by the management and immediate superior as and when required.
Job Requirement:
- Good comminication and written in English & Mandarin / Cantonese (optional) Required skills: familiar with online marketing and other social media platform (Training is provided)
- Able to work independently and self-motivated to obtain sales lead.

Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
