Looking for an experienced Margarine Operator for a leading edible oil company in Abu Dhabi. Must have minimum of 5 years of experience in edible oil industry.
Job Description:
Monitoring and performing the operational activities in the Margarine & Shortening plant.
Monitor Margarine processes parameters as per the design parameters (set-point in the PLC, oil temperatures, tanks’ levels, etc.) and raise any deviations
Prepare chemicals/Ingredients to be used for daily operation/Production
Performs day to day operations in the Margarine plant as per standard operating procedures (SOP’s,) and work instructions.
Coordinate with QFS chemist to take samples and ensure product conformity at each stage before further processing and moving to next stages, and for oil stored in the tanks to maintain specification.
Hand over production information and tasks to the following shift.
Follow up the execution of corrective and breakdown maintenance when required.
Perform any tasks and duties delegated by Supervisor, Margarine plant In-Charge, or Plant Manager.
To prepare the plant ready for next run once the plant is stopped production by doing necessary Cleaning Process
Report to immediate supervisor any situation which could possibly present a hazard and cannot be corrected by himself.
Report all OSH related incidents and work-related injuries.
Operator- Margarine Plant: Duties and Job Responsibilities
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Technical background
Training – Good knowledge in Margarine plants, machines and equipment.
Good knowledge in Margarine/Shortening plant processes parameters.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
