Full Job Description
The company providing a range of event services, from digital entertainment services to renting out of event equipment, is hiring for a new important role.
Digital designer + Coordinator is preparing designs drafts for photo frames, and asking Clients about upcoming events details (location, timing), updating the calendar of confirmed events and preparing the equipment for the site team as per checklist.
Photo-video Designer assistant + Coordinator: Job Requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Permanent
Salary: AED3,500.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
Essential Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Change designs of photo frames as per event theme or as per corporate style, basing on the existing templates. Get it approved with Client.
Setting up approved photo frame design into software (training will be done).
Consolidation of equipment in the office for on-site team before events, as per checklist.
Updating orders calendar & communicating it to the team online daily.
Another coordination before events with Clients and team\contractor, as needed from time to time to give great experience to Clients
Small tasks related to office \ purchases in free time.
Requirements:
Sense of style and understanding of Clients designs needs.
1+ years of work experience with simple designs or photo frames
Very good English language to communicate with Clients positively
Responsible person, capable to meet work deadlines.
Good manners \ customer service experience are desirable.
