Sales and Service Platforms: Work Requirements

AEM Architect

Responsibilities:

• Handle a 50+ member Adobe practise
• Manage and deliver projects with multiple Adobe technologies such as AEM, Target, Campaign, Marketo, DAM
• Onsite stake holder management
• Understand RFPs for Adobe based opportunities and provide solutioning & estimation
• Handle team dynamics and maintain team health in good status
• Design and implement solutions based on Adobe Digital stack
• Handle delivery on customer engagements and ensure there is very minimal to nil escalations
• Ideate on assets and sales accelerators and take it completion
• Work on recruiting to grow the team based on demand
• Build communication channels and establish connects with regional firms to have a constant source of opportunities
• Build upskilling and cross skilling plans to keep the team motivated and ready for new technology changes.
• Build delivery methodologies and practices for a robust delivery on project needs.
• Required to perform management and hands-on software design, development, and review
• Showcase strong leadership skills, including the ability to deliver constructive feedback and the ability to lead by example
• Manage and/or being managed by remote teams/offices

 

Knowledge and Skill:

• Hands-on experience in integration of AEM with other Adobe suite of products, Analytics, Target, Campaign, IO, Launch, Marketo
• Experience working on the Latest Adobe Cloud Platform and its SaaS offerings
• Experience in setting up and configuring DAM system
• Experience in migration from other CMS to AEM 7. Experience in upgradation of AEM (nice to have)
• Should be able to solution architect Adobe suite of products
• Should be able to comprehend clients business requirements and provide solutioning which includes AEM and or with a combination of other suite of products(Analytics, Target, DTM, Campaign, Audience Manager)
• Hands on experience with designing and building AEM components and working with JCR, AEM workflows.
• Knowledge of using AEM in a cloud environment like Adobe Cloud, AWS, or other
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, J2EE, CSS and related technologies
• Experience with front end frameworks such as Angular, React, and Bootstrap.
• Working knowledge and understanding of the following: Apache, App server logs, RESTful web services, Javascript and jQuery
• Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform issues (IE, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
• Familiarity with basic Linux or Unix concepts and commands
• Good communication and teamwork skills
