Sales Manager: Duties and Job Responsibilities
Requirements:
Must have 5 years in luxury real estate, previous developer experience like EMAAR, Omniyat, Select Group, Ellington etc.
Relevant sales experience, including strategic sales, business-to-business sales and account management organization.
Proven working experience in Real Estate
Have a network of broker in the market
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
Higly motivated and goal oriented
Multi Language, preferably Female Russian
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Quick learner with a zeal to perform at a top-notch level
Proven track record in developing strategic customer partnerships and year-over-year revenue growth.
Building, maintaining and restructuring relationships with Real Estate Brokers, and Freelance Property Consultants who can help and assist in bringing newer clients.
Demonstrated ability to support multiple product lines in a growing, fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: AED20,000.00 – AED25,000.00 per month

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
