Full Job Description
Provide individual instruction for varying ages of the club community.
Design individualized programs to meet the participant’s interests, abilities and goals.
Educate participants on proper technique and promote swimmer safety.
Closing the club after finishing the lessons of the last batch.
Provide lesson plans as appropriate.
Teach or coach one-o-one or in group classes
Finish swim classes as per schedules
Deal with minor injuries and accidents.
Submit and maintain skill sheets, lesson logs and attendance information.
Provide for the health and safety of participants, including ensuring that all teaching and practice areas are free of hazards and that materials and equipment are safe. Maintain cleanliness and safety of pools and equipment.
Tend to accident or emergency situations in accordance with accident/incident protocols and/or emergency action plans.
Swimming pool cleanliness to be maintained.
Check the schedule if the swimming participants name is updated in the schedule.
Attend mandatory meetings and trainings as scheduled.
Check the date and time is properly scheduled.
Intimation email to be send to the enrolled students.
Lapse email to be send.
Proper email reply to the concern emails.
Enforce club Recreation policies and procedures to both tenant and members
Complete and submit payroll information weekly with customer feedback
Serve as a liaison between recreation participants and staff.
Complete additional duties as assigned
Work closely with Sales and Club Manager
Participate in every promotional/summer camps activities
Swimming Coach-Female: Job Requirements
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 6 per week
Salary: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
