Neighbourhood Restaurant Group PLT is currently supporting a virtual work environment; however, this is a contract position and is only open to candidates residing in European & South American time zones.
Team Member: Job Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
Job scope & Responsibilities:
· Provide excellent & professional service to every guests at all times according to company’s standard operating procedure.
· Perform opening & closing duties on a daily basis.
· Assist and ensure a smooth daily service/operation.
· A high level of personal hygiene, appearance & deportment at all times.
· Menu knowledge including beverages, wine, beers, etc.
· Assist guest with menu recommendation, explanation & upselling including beverages, wine, beer, etc.
· Record inventory of bar items, wastages, etc according to standard operating procedure.
· Communicate with team members, chefs and bar staff to ensure operation are in order.
· Handle guest complaints and feedback effectively and communicate to the immediate supervisor for follow-up.
· Handle and make drinks according to proper guidelines set.
· Clean up dining area during and after service to ensure restaurant cleanliness at all times.
· Assist team with other area of duties including phone calls, reservations, cashiering duties, washing/cleaning up, etc.
· Maintain company’s culture and restaurant ambience at all times.
· Perform other related duties set by the company or outlet manager.
Job Requirements:
· Enthusiastic with a supportive personality & a positive attitude.
· Has a strong work ethics.
· Passionate in working in a dynamic and a fast-paced environment.
· Team player and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Preferably candidates with 1 year experience.
