Telecaller & Back Office Executive: Work Requirements

• Job Description:
  • Generate potential leads through cold calling, follow up leads and telephone/personal contacts etc.
  • Contacting existing customers to inform them about our product and service.
  • Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
  • Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain that to clients.
  • Provide clients the highest level of service in a timely manner.
  • Reply to enquiries, along with internal team’s assistance & share proposals, quotes.
  • Support sales team with coordination of day to day works.
