Video Editor & Graphic Designer: Work Requirements

  Job Responsibilities

  • Splice raw film footage together from various sources and shoots, and combine it with other scenes to create a cohesive story
  • Edit multiple video footages including cutting and stitching, stabilisation, colour correction, transitions, text overlay and effects, adding sound as per the direction provided using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere (CC)
  • Incorporate and edit graphics and images in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (CC) as per the template and direction provided
  • Adapt a video in multiple composition sizes
  • Export videos for various devices
  • Manage the files, including renaming, resizing, footage and layer organization
  • Reviews own assignments to ensure submission standards
  • Completes assignments in a timely manner with minimal need for second-round alterations
  • Maintains accurate records of time spent on assignments using in-house traffic software
  • Clearly documents and updates client processes and guidelines

  JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferred experience in Motion Graphics/Video Editing/Image editing work in a professional environment
  • Must have a thorough understanding of standard video formats and colour profiles
  • Must have experience in creating video and moving image-based content on a commercial basis
  • Independent worker who produces consistent, high-quality videos
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • Ability to think creatively and problem solve on the fly
  • Proficient in Mac-based operating systems (OS 10.10 or later)
  • Strong adherence to deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Must be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude; someone who is able to shift gears quickly.

  Salary: ₹15,335.00 – ₹24,115.00 per month
