Retail Sales Advisor: Job Requirements

Benefits Summary:

  • This is a full time permanent position
  • Gross Salary RM2,500 – RM4,000 (Basic + OT Pay + Commissions + Attendance Allowance + Bonuses)
  • Medical Insurance, Medical Leaves, MC Claims, Annual Leaves, Attendance Allowances, Performance Bonus, Commission Pay, OT Pay, Free Parking etc.
  • Working hours: 6 Days work per week, 11am-8pm (1.5 hours break)
  • 5 rest days per month (4 rest days on weekdays + 1 rest day on Sunday)
  • Working Location: Bukit Raja, Klang / Tropicana Aman / Sepang (Can choose either one.

Our client, a reputable one-stop Modern Furniture Manufacturer & Wholesaler that was established in year 1991 and they have been growing rapidly over the years due to the high market demand. They are currently expanding their operation team and hence, searching for more Retail Sales Advisors to join their big family. As part of the company, you will work with their marketing and sales team to grow their market presence, embodying and communicating their mission of providing the furniture with best value, best customer services and the most affordable price to their customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales goals set by the Management
  • Maintain good relationships with all existing, new and potential customers to increase closing deal and returned customers rates
  • Greet customers and offer assistance to customers regarding company’s services
  • Address customers’ concerns and inquiries as well as resolving customer complaints
  • Prepare quotation to customer
  • Manage internal sales and work order
  • Participate in sales events such as furniture fair
  • Ensure showroom is well-maintained and presentable
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

Additional Information/ Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience is required
  • Candidates with past working experience in Furniture industry will be an added advantage
  • Possess good selling & communication as well as interpersonal skills
  • Able to commit in retail working hours including weekends and public holidays (Extra pay for working on PH)
  • Friendly, courteous, and self-motivated
