Sales Coordinator: Job Requirements

Benefits Summary:

  • This is a full time permanent position
  • Basic Salary: RM2,300 – RM3,000+ Commission (Gross salary up to RM6,000)
  • Medical Claims, Medical Insurance, Medical Leaves, Annual Leaves, Performance Bonuses, Commission Pay, Transport Allowances, Company Trips and Events etc.
  • Working Hours: Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm, Saturday: 9am-1pm (Saturday Work from home)
  • Office Location: Cheras (Will require to travel to meet customer occasionally)

Our client, a reputable OEM Skincare and Beauty Products Manufacturer that is growing rapidly over the years due to the high market demand. They are currently seeking for a passionate Sales Coordinator to join their big family. As part of the company, you will work with their sales team to expand company’s market presence and work along with the company to become world renowned and most trusted skincare products manufacturing company.

Responsibilities:

  • To assist customer to develop cosmetics or personal care products
  • Involve fully in the whole product development cycle
  • Play the role as the communication hub of the customer with company’s internal departments like R&D, Purchase & Sourcing, and Production as well as Logistic
  • Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolve product and service problems
  • Attract to potential / new sales by answering product and service inquiries and suggest information about products and services
  • Open and maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint
  • Recommend potential products and services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Prepare product and services report by collecting and analyzing customer information and customer satisfactory survey
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager

Additional Information/ Requirement:

  • Preferably candidate with Diploma in any field of studies
  • Possess at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Fresh graduates with a high desire to succeed and strong work ethics are encouraged to apply too
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player while being a self-motivated person
  • Faster learner and self-starter with a creative and proactive mindset
  • Possess own transport to travel for appointment with customer
